So you know that you are getting married, but now what? You want to take off a few extra pounds so that you can look great in your new wedding dress. Well the first thing to remember is that slower weight loss is healthy weight loss. So today we are going to talk about a few fitness trainer tips that you can use to look your best. The best thing about these tips is that you do not need a bridal fitness trainer to do them. These can be done without a personal trainer and right from your own home. Just remember that you have to allow some time for this to happen. A good goal is to lose about 2 pounds a week.

Most wedding beauty is all about eating right, so today we are going to talk about a lot of wedding weight loss that you can do just by eating right. First of all, do not think of food as the bad guy. You need to get a healthy attitude towards food, or you will get bad eating habits. You need to identify the foods that are your “weakness.” These are the foods that you have a hard time saying no to. These are the foods that you need to avoid at all costs and let other people know that they need to keep you away from them for you to reach your wedding goal.

Now you need to plan to feel a little hungry, this is all part of losing weight. However, this does not mean that you need to stop eating. In fact, most people do not stop eating when they should. They eat everything that is on their plate, and that is why so many people are overweight. Did you know that you do not have to finish everything on your plate? Well it seems like a lot of people don't know, so we felt that we should though that little detail out their.

After that it's time to start doing some reading. No...put down your favorite magazine. It's time to do some reading of food labels. Believe it or not, those little labels on the back of your food that are filled with all of those “numbers” are there to help you know what you are eating. You may also want to make note that it is better to eat five small meals a day instead of larger ones. This will help you to not feel as hungry during the day, and it will help to keep your metabolism from slowing down so much.

Next time you go to the store, keep your bridal fitness in mind. Try picking up some low fat and low calorie versions of your favorite foods. You would be shocked at how many low fat foods there are out there that can help you lose weight. This goes double for any kind of salad dressing and mayonnaise. A lot of  people think that they are doing good by eating a nice green salad, until they see how much fat is in their salad dressing! Get fat free or low fat salad dressing, and watch the weight just fall off.

Wedding beauty and butter/margarine do not go hand-in-hand. There are a lot of people who like to add a little butter here, a little butter there. Well this little here, little there stuff adds up. Try to eat some things without the extra butter or margarine. This is not only healthier for you, but it will help you to keep the weight off and not put it back on.
 
Next, remember that there is nothing wrong at all with low fat meals that you buy at stores. Things like Lean Cuisine and Weight Watchers are there to help you, so use them! If you can, try to add flavor to your food without using things like butter and other fat sauces. For example, instead of BBQ chicken, why not add some Mrs. Dash instead. This is low in fat and better for you as a whole.

Drink water! This is something that we all need to do anyway, but most of us do not. You need to keep your body hydrated. What most personal trainers do not tell you is that the more hydrated your body is, the better it is at eliminating fat. Water is one of the main ingredients in removing fat from the body.

As you can see, there are a lot of tips that you can use to get rid of and keep off extra weight before your wedding. However, trying to lose 10 pounds a week before your wedding is not safe. Give yourself a goal, and find out how much weight you need to lose in that time. For example, if you want to lose 10 pounds, then you have to give yourself 5 weeks.
