Bridal Beauty

Bridal beauty tips are hard to come by. That is because everyone wants you to spend big money getting other people to do your hair! The fact of the matter is that most bridal hairstyles can be done from home. So today we are going to talk about a few different wedding hair tips that could really spice up your hair and make you look as perfect as you can for your wedding day.

The first wedding beauty tip that you need to take note of is that the condition of your hair the week before the wedding is key. If you do not want a lot of work done to give you that “wedding hair” look, then start taking care of your hair early. Try to use some extra hair treatments on your hair everyday leading up to your wedding day. Be sure that your hair gets all the moisture it needs as well. However, do not just put tons of moisture in your hair the day before the wedding. This is going to leave it looking very oily, and the moisture is not going to have time to settle into your hair. The day of your wedding, do not shampoo your hair. Just give it a quick wash in the tub. This is a great way to keep it clean, but to let the natural oils that are in your hair stay there.

Next, go for that simple and classic look for your hair. Do not try to overdo it, because this is just going to totally take away from your wedding dress. Your wedding hair is suppose to add something to your wedding dress, not take away from it. You want your wedding dress to be the main focus on you. If you have a mountain of hair sitting on top of you head with little twigs and flowers coming out, then you can bet that is where people will be looking. For bridal hair, talk to a few hair dressers, and see what they say. After they give you a few tips on what would look good for you, they are going to give you prices as well. Just pay no attention to the prices, because chances are, you can do it yourself.

Another good choice is to make sure that your hair has been cut and colored long before your wedding day. In fact, most people say that you should have your hair cut and colored about two weeks before the wedding. That way, if you are not satisfied with your cut, you have time to let it grow out a bit to try again. Remember that when you first dye your hair it comes out very bright. This is not what you want for your wedding day either. Give the color that you add to your hair a little bit of time to fade out. Doing this can insure that your hair is not glowing like a baked person that stayed out in the sun way too long.

Some people choose to do their wedding hair so that they can wear a veil, because they feel like they have to. Remember that you do not have to wear a veil at all! In fact, most bridal beauty tips are all about not wearing one. After all, most veils keep you from doing certain kinds of hairstyles. Remember that the guy at the end of the isle already knows what you look like, and thus, the veil is not necessary. Sure it's traditional, but the story behind the veil has nothing to do with tradition at all. In fact, the veil was first invented to make sure that guys did not back out of arranged marriages. By the time they lifted the veil, it was too late to say no. We are long past the days of arranged marriages, at least in most countries.

Another good way to go about getting the hairstyle that you want is to go with two! This takes a little bit of craftsmanship, but it can be done. By looking online you are bound to find some hairstyles that you can do that look one way with your hair up, but by removing just a few pins your hair will look totally different. This is the new “in” thing to do, and it's called the convertible style.

Last, but not least, pack a hair bag. You never know what is going to happen to your wedding hair on the way to your wedding. Thus, you need to make sure that you have all the stuff that you need to fix it in case something goes wrong. Be sure that you have ribbon in the bag as well, if all else fails. This way you can at least tie your hair up with a pretty ribbon and be on your marry way.
