More than one bride and groom have exchanged their vows at an evening wedding ceremony After the reception, that couple does not want to take a long drive to any destination. If the couple plans to fly to a honeymoon location, then they might well sleep at an airport hotel. In other words the wedding night might not be spent in a very romantic location.
A couple can be guaranteed a romantic wedding night when they have a cruise wedding. The wedding planners and the ship’s staff will go out of their way to cater to the couple’s every needs. Such a couple will be given the most romantic ship-board accommodations. That highlights one of the big advantages of a cruise wedding.
A cruise saves a bride and groom both time and money. Such a wedding is normally planned by a wedding planner, one who works closely with the cruise ship’s staff. The wedding planner can easily coordinate the wedding cruise and reception plans with the capabilities of the on-board chef, the on-board photographer and the on-board banquet facilities.
The bride and groom do not need to calculate both the costs of the wedding and the cost of a honeymoon. Those two things are combined in a cruse wedding. Because the one event leads directly into the next, the cost of the wedding, the reception and the cruising honeymoon is much lower than it would be with a traditional, on-land wedding.
During a wedding cruises, the entertainment at the reception can be a music group that has provided entertainment throughout the entire cruise. That can certainly save the wedding couple a fair amount of money. A couple that feels ready to spend a bit more might arrange for special entertainment. They might have exotic dancers, a two-piece ensemble or even a swing band at their reception.
The destination wedding is a modification of the wedding cruise package. During the destination wedding the wedding ceremony usually takes place at a spot to which the cruise ship has sailed. A destination wedding might take place on a sandy beach or on the summit of an area mountain. If the couple wants to have the ceremony indoors, then they might choose to have it in an ancient castle or in a lovely, old chapel.
At both the wedding cruise and the destination wedding the bride and groom can promise the photographer that a majority of the still shots will have a fantastic backdrop.
