Default Is It Just Cold Feet Or Is It Something Else

Sometimes while I am planning or preparing things for my wedding I get a small fit of anxiety. I cant relax and I want to make sure everything is perfect. Sometimes it is pretty strong and I am afraid that on my wedding day it may be out of control. Please someone give me suggestions to get passed all the anxiety fits without medication.

Thanks

Default Everyone Goes Through It..

Its all just nerves let your friends help you with some things so that you can relax a little more. It should not be too stressful you should enjoy the day.

Default perfect..

Its perfectly natural, we call it wedding jitters. That's how we want to have a perfect wedding, we worry about everything might happen. Anyway, just relax, have a visit at the spa and give yourself a break from all worries, do some meditation and listen to mellow music keep your mind away from thinking worse thing that may happen. Everything well go as exactly what you want it.
