The best time to have Michigan weddings is during the spring or the summer when it is warm. However, it never gets too hot in Michigan, which makes the weather in late Spring just amazing to be in. Most of the weddings in Michigan actually take place outside. The weather there is just the perfect temperature to make being outside in a suite not too hot, thus, people are able to live out their dreams of having pretty outside weddings. One reason why this town is so pretty is because no cars are allowed on the Island at all. You have to take a ferry to get there, and once you get there, only horses are allowed as transportation. So if you have a dream of having a horse come to pick you up after your wedding, then this is the place to go. The air there is so much cleaner than all the other air back inland. There are also hotels right on the island that are five stars. So after you have your wedding, you can choose to spend the night on Mackinaw Island, and wake up to spend the day there.

For those of you who can not afford to have a wedding on Mackinaw Island, do not worry. There are other great spots that you can go to have your Michigan wedding. One of the many places where people like to have their Michigan weddings would be on the Great Lakes. There are a number of great lakes around Michigan, and having weddings there are perfect. People do not understand the beauty of these lakes until they see them with their own eyes. These lakes offer the enchantment that you would want for your wedding, as well as the fresh air.

After having weddings in Michigan, it will be time to go on your honeymoon. The great news is that if you have your wedding in Michigan, then Ohio is just a stone throw away. One of the best places you can go on your honeymoon in Ohio is Ceder Point. A lot of people from Michigan go to Ceder Point every year. In fact, it is still on one of the great lakes that touches Michigan as well. This place does not cost a lot of money, but you and your new partner in crime should have a good time there and be talking about the killer rides they have there for years to come. There is nothing like a good old Michigan wedding, and once you have one, you will see why. There really is nothing like it!
