Exchanging vows

What is the proper title used in addressing the groom and the bride after the vows are exchanged when the bride has the title of "MD"?
Is it "Mr and Mrs or Mr and Doc"?

Although its an honour to be called a doctor, in the majority of ceremonies we would like to focus more on the untiy of two people. I would lean towards leaving the doctor part out. Thanks, Brandi
