Hi Jennifer,

What you need for event or wedding planning is the want to suceed. You have to have alot of patience and alot of your own direction(incaseof those many situations that come up. I am a wedding planner, although I have helped in coordinating many events. I focus on the wedding aspect because of all the excitement and stress it can involve. You need to start by being confident and doing research on the latest crazes and the simple traditional....less i smore (as long as it isnt cheap!) thanks, Brandi
