Your Wedding Check List

Preparing for a wedding is a tough task for the couples especially if there is no wedding planner. When the couples are the one who manages all the aspects of the wedding including the smallest details they need some help. How could the couples keep it up? Making a wedding check list for planning is the answer.

How important is it to have a wedding checklist? Well actually it is very significant because it will minimize the stress brought about by too much worrying of what your wedding should be like. By having all the things organized in your wedding check list, forgetting even the smallest details can be reduced. With the wedding checklist on your side, you can now relax after seeing that all the preparations are already marked check in your wedding checklist.

What are the things that should be included in your list? Proper wedding check lists should contain the date and time of the wedding including the church or the venue of the ceremony, the photographer, the florist, the reception and even the DJ for the reception should also be part of the wedding plan. All of this things should be set months before the wedding.

You may also include the wedding budget, the computations and the allotting of the budget into different parts, the invitations, the dress, the wedding ring and other small details should not be take for granted. Can you imagine a wedding without a wedding ring? Whether big or small ideas it should be written in the wedding check list so that it won’t be forgotten.

Preparations for the wedding should be done at least four months before the event. By planning the dates, couples can have some adjustments in their schedule so that they can attend to every details of the wedding. The appointment with the florist, the music, the invitations should and other wedding essentials should be scheduled also.

When is the proper time to send out the invitations? Distribution of invitations are usually done a month before the wedding. This is to ensure that the guest that you will invite will have your wedding listed in their list of schedules. This is most especially for persons who are very busy with their career. If you want you could also place announcements in your local newspaper regarding your wedding. You can also send thank you notes to your friends that gave you a shower party. Two weeks before the wedding, the thank you letters should be done already. It is also the time for the final approval of the flowers that will be used for the wedding. License, marriage and other legal documents should also be arranged.

The more organized you are in planning for your wedding; the task will become a lot easier.
This is just some of the things that should be included in your wedding check list; there are still a lot of details that you have to deal with. However, the contents of the check list for the wedding will depend upon the couple’s decision.
